TrueNorth XP is a strategic intelligence platform designed specifically for Executive Pastors. Our service provides:

• Personalized coaching and advisory tools
• Leadership assessment and pulse check features
• Goal tracking and strategic planning capabilities
• Staff management and team health monitoring
• Crisis navigation and communication resources
• Educational content and professional development resources

2. Account Registration

To use TrueNorth XP, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Subscription Tiers

We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features:

• Free: Limited access to core features
• Essentials: $29/month or $290/year
• Leadership+: $49/month or $490/year
• Executive Suite: $149/month or $1,490/year

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription pricing with 30 days notice
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted
• You may export your data before cancellation

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to TrueNorth XP. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. AI-Powered Features

TrueNorth XP uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized coaching and insights. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice
• You should use your own judgment when applying AI-generated suggestions
• AI responses may occasionally contain errors or limitations
• We continuously work to improve the accuracy and helpfulness of our AI features

7. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of church leadership. We commit to:

• Treating all user data as confidential
• Never sharing your personal coaching data with your church, employer, or third parties
• Using industry-standard security measures to protect your information
• Only accessing your data as necessary to provide support or improve services

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrueNorth XP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of any information provided

Our coaching tools and AI features are designed to support your leadership journey but are not a substitute for professional counseling, legal advice, or other professional services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueNorth XP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service
• Any other matter relating to the service

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of TrueNorth XP after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
